Life is busy! It sounds obvious but is sometimes useful to acknowledge!
Life may seem especially busy at the moment as we juggle home-schooling, working from home, cooking meals, keeping the house tidy, entertaining our kids as well as finding time for our spouses.
Within our busyness as there is a danger of modelling the wrong things in our lives to our children and those around us.
